Dana doesn’t need to be nicer. She has apologized. She has pointed out that they do like each other and like a lot of the same things. She was wrong, but Kevin made the trip for the purpose of hooking up with a female. He maybe should be apologizing also! And Kevin doesn’t seem to have any desire to go back home. He needs to move on with things and with Dana, one way or the other.
But Dana doesn’t want to move. She’s comfortable where she is. Kevin is not, because he has been moved, at Dana’s request, which she now seems to believe isn’t her fault. Until she addresses that issue to Kevin’s satisfaction, he’s going to feel like he was railroaded, and he isn’t wrong.
You don’t want them crossing paths with Florida Man*?
*The worst superhero ever.
That said, I admire Dana’s efforts to salvage the situation.
Poor Dana. Gonna have to be a lot nicer than that…
