Ok, Im in. It’s a bit weird seeing Kevin with Cory’s confused look and glasses but I’m in.I like the new layout. Also the art is great and it still has the same great comedic timing.
I didn’t like being the ‘face’ of the strip anymore. Felt narcissistic. But I liked writing Fake Me’s personality. So I morphed some of that into Kevin. Kevin’s still his own dude, though.
I am looking forward to seeing how it all happens. It’s just the same, you know, except it’s different. And, as Grimaldi the Clown used to say, here we are again!
While i loved it, i was often confused by the strip before, and i am beginning to be just as confused now…However, i put it down to being an old (75) canayjun, who is not too tuned in to AfroAmerican culture… regardless i love the strip, the art work, and the occasions when i actually understand what the Hell is going on.
Thanks for coming back, elain. I’m gonna eventually start adding recaps of storylines and such to the site for when anyone finds themselves getting lost.
Welcome back! Loved the strip before originally because of it’s Trini roots, but then it became really great, and I’m sure it’s gonna be just as great or even better now !
